What’s an agent hour?
An hour of an AI agent working within a fixed budget. AI models charge separately for input, output, caching and more, so we keep each agent inside that budget the whole time and every hour costs the same to run. Our rate also covers processing and infrastructure. It’s our billing unit for active agent time and has no cash value.
How do you count agent hours?
By cost, not by clock. We track what each agent spends on models and tools in real time, and adjust how fast it responds so an hour of work always spends the same budget. Your hours go down with that spend, so waiting for you, another system or the queue uses none.
How much will a task cost?
Its agent minutes at $5 an agent hour, so a 12-minute task costs $1. We can’t tell you exactly how long a task will take, but you’ll see its time and cost live as it runs.
Do I pay per seat?
No. There are no seats or per-user fees. Your whole company shares one pool of hours, so invite anyone to use agents, review results or approve work. You only pay for the time agents spend working.
Do bigger plans get more features?
No. Every plan, including Welcome, has every feature. Plans differ only in how many hours you get, and Enterprise adds invoicing, a security review and onboarding.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrades start right away. Downgrades start at your next renewal. Leftover hours carry over, and every plan has the same features, so nothing is lost when you switch.
What happens when my hours run out?
Agents pause, and we don’t charge for anything beyond your package. Queued work waits and starts as soon as you add hours.
What happens after my Welcome month?
One month after you buy Welcome, it renews as Team with 40 agent hours for $200 a month. We remind you by email at least 7 days before. You can cancel or choose a different Team package any time before then.
Do unused hours roll over?
Yes. Paid hours you don’t use in a month, including those from your Welcome month and any top-ups, roll over to the next month, then expire. Gift hours don’t expire while your workspace is open.
How does Boost affect my bill?
Each agent’s time counts at the same $5 rate, so 5 agents working for 10 minutes use 50 agent minutes. There’s no Boost fee, and admins set how many agents can work at once.
